Dial our partner at +63459006633 (available from 9am to 6pm GMT+8, Monday to Friday (excluding holidays in the Philippines)) to report the card as lost / stolen, so that the card can immediately be blocked. Alternatively, you can block the card using the Crypterium App. This is to make sure that your card can't be used by anyone else.
